Daniel Robillard, CEO 

Daniel Robillard is a senior executive with over 20 years experience in both operational and strategic roles in the telecommunications industry. From 2015 to 2021, he led the creation and growth of Telecon Enterprise, who became a leading provider of in-building network infrastructure services in Canada, with more that 600 employees in Canada. In 2023, he led the divestiture of Effigis Geospatial and Asset Management group to Osmose. He has now ventured into the entrepreneurial world, leading the next phase of CPAT Flex Inc., a leading provider of test equipment for the cable industry. Dan is an authentic leader and an excellent communicator focused on creating sustainable results through high performing teams. His entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, desire to learn, challenge of the status quo and on-going pursuit of self-improvement have disrupted organizations and processes by attracting and developing creative high performing team members that have been recognized to continuously deliver outstanding results.. He holds a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal, and an M.B.A. from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.

Mark Ericson, Vice-President, Business Development

As Vice-President, Business Development for CPAT FLEX products, Mark is responsible for the leadership of the CPAT FLEX Product sales team, developing new business opportunities and participating in the creation of customized solutions to meet customer needs. Mark is a well-known figure in the CATV industry with 20 years of experience. In the early to mid-2000 he was instrumental in starting and growing ECAM group. Within the industry, he has also held Sales and Business Development positions with Tyco, Andrew (Comscope) and Alpha Technologies. He holds a masters’ degree in technology management from Mercer University.

Raffaele Ciarla, Director, Sales and Customer Support

Raffaele is an experienced global sales and marketing professional with a long history of working in the telecommunications industry. He is skilled in channel partner management, customer service, sales, business development, customer relationship management, and customer satisfaction. In his capacity of Director at CPATFlex, Ralph ensures that clients experience the highest level of satisfaction. He manages internal and external sales, directs customer service and support functions, and contributes to planning CPATFlex  marketing activities. He is a graduate in Business Management from Concordia University.
